Katie Nicole Mitchell is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. She was appointed to the court on August 16, 2013, and her current term will expire on August 15, 2029.[1][2]
Education
Mitchell received her J.D. from Baylor University in 2006.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Mitchell was the chief staff attorney for Chief Judge Leonard Davis.[4]
