William Collins was a Democratic candidate for District 4 in the New Jersey General Assembly in the November 3, 2009, state legislative elections.[1]

2009
Collins ran in the 2009 election for New Jersey General Assembly District 4. Collins was defeated by incumbent Paul Moriarty (D) and Domenick DiCicco (R) in the general election on November 3, 2009. Collins and Moriarty defeated John Caramanna in the Democratic primary election on June 4, 2009.[2][3]
