Jim Leach is a Democratic candidate for District 3 of the West Virginia State Senate. The primary election took place on May 8, 2018. The general election is being held on November 6, 2018.[1]
Biography
Jim Leach lives in Vienna, West Virginia. He earned a B.S. from West Virginia University in 1984 and a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 1995. Leach’s career experience includes working as an attorney with his firm, Jim Leach, LC. Leach was elected to serve on the Vienna City Council.[2][3]
