Ellen Carmody

Ellen S. Carmody was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. She was appointed to this position on October 10, 2000.[1][2]

Biography

Judge Carmody was born in 1952 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Grand Valley State College. She earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.[1]
