Justin Harter (Missouri)
Justin Harter was a 2012 candidate for Missouri Secretary of State. He ran on behalf of the Constitution party. The current secretary of state at the time, Robin Carnahan, retired from office upon term expiration in 2012.

Harter ran for Secretary of State as a Constitution Party party candidate. He lost against major party nominees Shane Schoeller ((R)), and Jason Kander ((D), as well as Libertarian candidate Cisse Spragins in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]The general election took place on November 6, 2012.
