Edward Najam was a judge of the Indiana Court of Appeals 1st District. He assumed office on December 30, 1992. He left office on August 1, 2022.

Najam has served as a judge for the Indiana Court of Appeals since August 2022.[1]

Education

Najam received his B.A. from Indiana University at Bloomington in 1969 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1972.[2]

Career

Najam began his legal career as the administrative assistant to the mayor of Bloomington. After two years, he started working as an attorney in private practice. He worked in this capacity for 18 years before his appointment to the Indiana Court of Appeals.[2]
