Steven E. McCullough is Judge No. 3 for the East Central Judicial District of North Dakota. He is based out of Fargo, North Dakota, which is located in Cass County.[1]

McCullough won re-election to a new six-year term in 2016.

McCullough attended Moorhead State University for his Bachelor of Arts and the University of North Dakota School of Law for his J.D. he was in private practice from 1987 to 2004 in Fargo, North Dakota. He was elected District Judge in 2004.[2]
