Stephen Owens (Republican Party) is a member of the Kansas State Senate, representing District 31. He assumed office on January 13, 2025. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Owens (Republican Party) ran for election to the Kansas State Senate to represent District 31. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Stephen Owens, as of February 2020, lived in Hesston, Kansas. He earned a bachelor's degree in business and accounting from Bethel College and a master's degree in business administration from Southwestern College. Owens’ career experience includes working as a business owner and a treasurer with Heart to Heart Child Advocacy Center. He has also worked with Hesston Fire and EMS Department.[1]
