MADISON, Wisconsin: Arkansas had four U.S. House seats on the ballot in 2012. In three of the four seats, incumbents sought re-election on November 6, 2012. All three incumbents won their district seats again. The Fourth district was held by Democrat Mike Ross, and he chose not run for re-election. As a result, Republican Tom Cotton won the seat instead of the Democratic challenger leading to Republicans controlling all four districts.
