Joanne Brown
Joanne Brown (Republican Party) was a member of the Guam Senate. She assumed office on January 4, 2021. She left office on January 6, 2025.
Brown (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Guam Senate. She lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Joanne Brown graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1983. Brown earned a B.S. in political science from the University of Guam in 1987 and an M.A. in political science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1988. Her career experience includes working as the deputy administrator of the Guam Environmental Protection Agency, the director of the Guam Department of Public Works, and the general manager of the Port Authority of Guam.[1]
