Bill Walmsley was a judge on the Arkansas Court of Appeals. He was appointed to the court by Governor Mike Beebe in November 2012 to a term that began on January 1, 2013, and expired on December 31, 2014. Walmsley was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Judge Josephine Hart.[1] Walmsley retired at the end of his term in 2014.[1]

Education

Walmsley received his undergraduate degree from Lyon College in 1963 and his LL.B. from the University of Arkansas in 1966.[2]
