I am a Christian, Conservative, Republican candidate for State Board of Education District 3 in Texas. I've been married 25 years to Carolyn Morrow and we have four children. Our children have attended Grace Christian Academy in their primary years, where I was the Director and then continued their middle and secondary education in public schools and now are in college..
  • Boys are Boys, Girls are Girls and we should treat children accordingly while they attend Public Schools and are less than eighteen.
  • Students in Texas should love to learn: and gain compentency in English, Math, Science, Social Studies and History
  • Our children should be educated in a safe environment where education on core subjects give them the skills to be successful and productive adults.
I believe that core teaching materials have been been ideologically compromised to push an agenda that is not in the best interest of our students. I believe history is being re-written and taught that does not accurately represent the actual truth.
This office is important because it is the most directly responsible for selecting the teaching materials used by Texas Schools to educate our children.
I've been close to several pastors in the last twenty years and enjoyed them as friends, hunting companions, and brothers in Christ. I admire their service, dedication to family, deidcation to God and to the communities they serve. I admire gutsy politicians like Ken Paxton, Ted Cruze and Michael Cloud in the State of Texas.
Well my first memory is riding on the back of my dad's ten speed bike in a child car seat behind his seat. I especially remember the thrill of entering a turn and the way the bike leaned over without falling to the ground. It is a fond memory that has just the right amount of thrill and terror at the same time.
My first job was at County Line on the Hill, a barbecue restuarant in Austin Texas. I worked there six years as a busboy, cook, waiter, and bartender.
