  • As irresponsible budget cuts have impacted schools, students do not have the resources they need to receive the education they deserve. Now is the time to support our students, and I am confident that I can provide the voice for education that is needed to help that change occur.
  • Irresponsible budget cuts have led to job losses in education and health care, compounding the misery of oil-field job losses. It is my desire to ensure the people of this state have a diverse job market where they can utilize their abilities to help our state flourish.
  • Irresponsible budget cuts hurt our most vulnerable citizens; our elderly in danger of losing nursing home care; our children in danger of losing case workers and school lunches; our ill in danger of losing their disability and mental health services.
