Steve Kouplen
Steve Kouplen (Democratic Party) was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 24. He assumed office in 2008. He left office on November 21, 2018.
Kouplen (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives to represent District 24. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
Kouplen earned both his B.A. and his M.A. in agricultural education from Oklahoma State University. When he served in the state House, his professional experience included working as a farmer and rancher.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 11, 2014. Incumbent Steve Kouplen was unopposed in the Democratic primary.
