D'James Rogers, II
D'James Rogers was an Independent candidate in the 2011 special election for District 54 of the Arkansas House of Representatives. The special election took place on July 12, 2011. Rogers was running to fill the vacancy created after incumbent Fred Smith (D) was convicted of theft.[1]

Rogers was defeated by Hudson Hallum (D) in the special election on July 12, 2011. John Geelan (R) also ran for the seat.[2]
2010
Rogers was defeated by Fred Smith and James Pulliaum in the May 18 primary.
