- Excerpt: "Working together to ensure that the ideas of small business, lower taxes, few barriers to entry into the business ownership world are removed. I stand for strong funding for education at the same time ensuring that the funds collected through taxation are used for the needs we face today instead of pet projects of special interest groups."

Elections for the Oregon House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 11, 2014. Ken Helm defeated Brian Tosky and Jason Yurgel in the Democratic primary. Helm defeated write-in candidate Brenden King (R) in the general election. King ran as a Libertarian candidate and Helm ran on the Working Families Party ticket.[2][3][4]
