Brian Burley is a Republican Candidate for the United States House of Representatives in California's 48th Congressional District.

Prior to running for Congress, Brian worked in the information technology field where he currently owns an information technology consulting and social media marketing company that is based in Huntington Beach, CA. He also serves as an Information Technology Analyst at the University of Southern California.

Brian was raised in a small Midwest town in Michigan where his father was a forklift operator and his mother was both a waitress and an accountant.

Brian Burley first came to Huntington Beach in 2007 to visit his mother, who had moved to California to receive cancer treatment at the City of Hope. Brian immediately fell in love with the area. While his mother would sadly pass away in 2011, Brian's experience with her illness helped him realize his dream to fight on behalf of others going through hardship. Brian's passion for public service and calling to run for Congress was the eventual result of his life experiences.

Brian Burley first attended California State University: Fullerton but quickly transferred to his dream school, University of Southern California where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy. While at USC, Brian served as a Funding Delegate, where he voted on matters concerning the allocation of tuition funds to campus organizations and causes. Brian Burley also worked closely with ele
  • My Campaign is For Our Country & For Our Future.
  • This is the start of a new conservative movement in California that will fight on behalf of the factory workers, the business owners, the teachers, our servicemen, our families, our children, and the generations that came before us.
  • I understand what it is like to have to pull yourself up, even when your future is not certain. My campaign, my platform and my candidacy represent that understanding and the need for new leadership that can relate to the struggles of everyday people.
As your Congressman, I WILL...

· Advocate for Tax Relief to Families and Business Owners
· Take a Stand Against Illegal Immigration
· Work to Save, Protect and Restore Social Security

· Fight to Restore American Family Values
