Brian Cuevas was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 46 of the Mississippi State Senate. He lost in the primary election to Mickey Lagasse and Philip Moran.

Cuevas ran in the 2011 election for Mississippi Senate District 46. He and Fred Sullivan both lost in the August 2, 2011 primary to Mickey Lagasse and Philip Moran, who will face each other in a primary runoff election on August 23, 2011. Joe Bye ran unopposed in the Democratic Primary and James Overstreet ran as a Constitution Party candidate. The general election took place on November 8, 2011.[1]
