Diane Capehart
Diane Capehart (Democratic Party) was a member of the U.S. Virgin Islands Senate, representing St. Croix. She assumed office on January 9, 2023. She left office on January 13, 2025.
Capehart (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the U.S. Virgin Islands Senate to represent St. Croix. She lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Diane Capehart was born on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her career experience includes working as a quality control reviewer, supervisor, and administrator of Medicaid programs in the Medicaid industry; in environmental policy and programming at the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, including as a small business assistant, program administrator, and deputy commissioner; and as an administrator of support services for the Virgin Islands police department and associate director of advocacy and community outreach for AARP.[1]
