Dick Hess
Dick L. Hess was a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 78 from 1986 to September 6, 2013. Hess passed away on September 6, 2013, from complications that arose from leg surgery.[1]
Biography
Hess received his diploma from Saxton Liberty High School in 1958. His professional experience includes working as Chief Clerk of the Bedford County Commissioners from 1965 to 1972 and as Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts from 1971 to 1986.
