Kelly Halstead
Kelly Halstead was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the Arkansas House of Representatives, District 39.
Halstead earned her B.A. in history from Hendrix College in 1997. She went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law in 2000. After earning her J.D., she worked for several different law offices. She in now the owner of Halstead Law Firm.

Halstead ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives, District 39. Halstead ran unopposed in the May 22 Democratic primary. Halstead was defeated by Mark Lowery(R) in the general election.[1] The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
