Kevin Prociw was an Independent Party candidate for District 14 of the Oregon House of Representatives. The online primary concluded on July 30, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Prociw defeated Democratic incumbent Val Hoyle in the Independent Party online primary which concluded July 30. He was defeated in the November 2 general election by incumbent Hoyle.[1]
