Lowell Hightower
Lowell Hightower was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the Arkansas House of Representatives, District 26.
Hightower received both his B.A. and MSE from Arkansas State University. He went on to receive his Ed.D. from the University of Arkansas. Hightower is a retired educator and formerly served in the military.
