  • In 2001, Ryan voted for HR 1836 - the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001.[2] Ryan also voted for HR 2 - the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003.[3] Collectively, these are known as the Bush tax cuts.
