Biography
Rick Padgett was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He served in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 1983. Padgett retired from law enforcement after 35 years. He received Mandated Credentials through the State of NC, Advanced Credentials and Certification through the NC Attorney Generals Office, and Advanced Credentials and Certification through the NC Sheriffs Training Standards.[1]
