Steve Dove
Steve Dove was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 50 of the Illinois State Senate.[1] The incumbent at the time, Republican Larry Bomke, has stated that he would not run for re-election if the redrawn district maps did not change.

Dove was slated to run in the 2012 election for Illinois State Senate District 50. Dove was running against Gray Noll and District 49 incumbent William McCann in the Republican primary on March 20, 2012, but he withdrew from the race on February 10, 2012.[3] Incumbent Larry Bomke did not run for re-election in District 50. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
