Mason ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives District 45. Mason ran unopposed in the May 22 Green Party primary, and was defeated by incumbent Republican Jeremy Gillam in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1] No Democrat ran in this contest.[2]
