William Rock was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 36 of the Iowa House of Representatives. Rock announced his candidacy for the District 36 seat on September 14, 2011.[1]

Rock works at Wells Fargo Real Estate Tax Services. He has previously worked for Paychex, Inc as a senior payroll specialist and has clerked in the Iowa Senate.

Rock graduated from Iowa State University in 2006.

Rock announced his decision to run in the 2012 election for Iowa House District 36 on September 14, 2011. He lost to Marti Anderson in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012.[2][3][4]
