Bill Lowry (Democratic Party) is a member of the Cook County Board of Commissioners in Illinois, representing District 3. He assumed office on December 3, 2018. His current term ends on December 7, 2026.

Biography
Bill Lowry lives in Chicago, Illinois. He earned a B.A. in political science from Lake Forest College in 1984 and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago Law School in 1987. Lowry’s career experience includes working as a president and co-managing shareholder at Nyhan, Bambrick, Kinzie & Lowry, P.C. He is the founder and CEO of The It’s Time Organization, an anti-violence organization in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Wards of Chicago.[1]
