The Missouri Requirements for Referendums Amendment may appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.

This initiative would allow for citizen initiatives to be signed by one third of the members of either chamber of the state legislature, allow for the process of electronic signatures for initiative petitions, and allow the legislature to call a special election for referendums and initiative petitions.[1]
