My name is Sid Sharma. I'm an Accountant. I was born and raised in NC and lived in District 13 my entire life, no matter how many times the legislature changed the maps.
  • Less Taxes.

As an Accountant there is nobody else you would want in office other than me to help :

1.) Lower Personal Taxes 2.) Lower Business Taxes 3.) Lower Gas Prices 4.) De-Regulate 5.) Cut Costs 6.) Cut Wasteful Spending
  • Strong Border/Deporting Illegals 1.) I will file a TRADE WAR with Mexico on Day One. For every illegal alien that comes in Mexico will have to pay a VERY HIGH Tariff, Sanctions, etc. Remember, Mexico allows all this to happen. 2.) I will file a bill to have ICE and the other branches of the Federal Government invade Sanctuary Cities and start kicking out all the Illegal Aliens that live there - and to enforce MASS DEPORTATIONS of ILLEGAL Aliens.
  • Helping Veterans. 1.) Ending Homelessness for Veterans. I plan to appropriate funds out of the EPA, IRS, Dept. of Educ. and other useless agencies and give those funds to get housing for Homeless Veterans. 2.) Getting rid of the horrible waiting times at the VA. Congress can seize this power from the VA Secretary and enforce it jointly. 3.) Getting Better GI Bills for Veterans 4.) Getting Veterans jobs when they transition to society. This will be done by giving tax breaks to companies who have a certain amount of Veterans on payroll. 5.) Letting Veterans see a doctor of their choice and get private insurance, if needed.
In terms of Politics : myself.

The reason being is that if you try to follow someone else's path you will never know your own.

Plus, to follow someone else's path doesn't breed originality. You can always admire what others did but you must always follow your own path.
I'm an Accountant. I save people money on their taxes and I can do the same in Congress.
Speaking bluntly is another quality.
Wisely using the peoples tax dollars. Saving people's taxes.
Balancing the budget.

Ending homelessness for Veterans

Bringing Prayers Back To School.
Saddam Hussein being captured. I was too young to remember what was going on but I remember my parents approving of the matter and me trying to change the tv channel so I could play The Legend of Zelda : The Wind Waker.
Accounting. Had it since I was 9 and still there to this day.
Ulysses by James Joyce. The reason being its the definition of creativity and human nature.

If its an ongoing story then Naruto and One Piece. The reason being is that both of these comics go in-depth of human nature, it also deals with bettering one's self and to achieve your dreams despite all the odds.
Preacher Man by ye (f.k.a Kanye West).
Understanding the Democratic ideology.
Term Limits are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Check out U.S. Term Limits v. Thornton, 514 U.S. 779 (1995); Cook v. Gralike, 531 U.S. 510 (2001). Democrats in those states tried to add additional qualifications for their representatives in Congress to which the U.S. Supreme Court found Unconstitutional.

Term limits for a Congressman/woman don't even make sense because they need the concurrence of a majority to advance and then 60 votes in the Senate - what I'm getting at is they cannot do the job alone. Term limits for a President makes sense because he is one individual who has the final say to either sign a bill or veto it.
It is not the politician that one is afraid of but the gerrymandered district. If Nancy Pelosi were to retire she would get replaced by a mini version of herself. Coming to NC we had a guy named David Price and he was in office for 30+ years. When he retired he was replaced by someone far worse than him : Valerie Foushee.

U.S. House of Representatives get elected every 2 years and if you need term limits for that then you must be a sore loser - politicians don't just win automatically.

•House Subcommittee on Border Security

•House Ethics Committee

Financial transparency is a must, because if the people cannot see what we are doing with their tax dollars, how can there be any trust?
Government accountability is also a must - DOGE cuts are a good start.

Campaign website

Sharma’s campaign website stated the following:

1. Lowering Taxes for EVERYBODY

  • Best way to fight inflation is to LOWER TAXES

Personally I want a flat-tax rate but there are very slim chances of that happening.

  • As an Accountant, Upon entering Congress I will file a Bill that will lower the Tax Brackets and Percentages for everybody. This allows the government to get responsible and cut other useless Government programs and agencies such as the IRS, EPA, Department of Education, etc. Beware of Politicians who say they want to make the government “more efficient.” That means they only want to make it larger, meaning more taxes. My job is to make government SMALLER.
  • Anybody making $11,000.00 or less will pay NO TAXES. I really intend to file a bill re-creating the bracket from people who make $30,000 or less to pay NO TAXES because those who make less than $30,000 only account for less than 3% of all tax revenues. See [link]. I know I will spar heavily with congress on this issue and there will be some meeting in the middle to what I propose – meaning Reconciliation. When individuals have money to save they spend it. It goes back to the economy in some shape or form.
  • Anybody making between $30,000 and $44,725 will pay 7% in taxes. If the bracket remains $11,000-$44,725 then I will negotiate that those in that bracket pay 5%.
  • Anybody making between $44,725 to $95,375 will pay 16%. I really advocate making the bracket starting from $70,050 to $95,375 paying 16%.
  • Anybody making between $95,375 to $182,100 will pay 18%.
  • Anybody making between $182,100 to $231,250 will pay 25%.
  • Anybody making between $231,250 to $578,125 will pay 28%
  • Anybody making more than $578,125 will pay 30%.

2.) Lowering Business Taxes

  • Best way to lower inflation is to also LOWER CORPORATE taxes.
  • 1.) I will file a bill to offer a 5-7% Tax Breaks to companies that manufacture goods in America.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill that will impose Tariffs on any company that imports goods from other countries. That “Made In China” nonsense is going away. Every product made in China should be made in America.
  • Since America is the greatest Country on Earth we will be producing the most products, making the best products, and exporting the most products.
  • That means one thing : MORE JOBS.
  • 3.) For new companies, that don’t manufacture, and that have fewer than 20 employees I will offer a special tax break for the first 2 years to where only a 10% business tax is applied. To be fair to any existing company that has more than 20 employees, they will also receive a special time 10% business tax that will last for 2 years.

3.) Lowering Gas Prices

  • Best way to fight inflation is to DRILL Oil.
  • Gas will be here for a long time.
  • Cars run on gas and gas is what heats your home at night.
  • There is no sense in taking gas away or to restrict drilling.
  • 1.) I will file a bill for a 7% tax break on companies that deal in gas and oil, primarily gas stations.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to make to impose tariffs on oil bought from other countries and to make America the #1 drilling nation again.

4.) Deregulation

  • Best way to fight inflation is to De-Regulate.
  • “Regulation” is what causes grid-lock in Congress. When an administration comes in usually Executive Orders are implemented to un-do what the past administration enforced – however this does not get rid of the fact that a regulation can still be put back into effect.
  • 1.) Regulation is costly, thus, I will file a bill allowing Congress to deregulate federal agencies with a simple majority and with the concurrence of the President. This does not apply to new regulations. Congress will also have the power to explicitly make the rules for regulations and not leave it to Agency Officials.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to require a 2/3 majority to approve agency regulation, if new ones are needed.
  • Only rich companies can keep up with regulations and this is why they outsource jobs, especially if it comes down to manufacturing and transportation in America.

5.) The Mortgage Problem

  • Mortgage rates are RIDICULOUS at 8% sometimes even higher. There is a solution.
  • 1.) Upon entering Congress I will file a Bill that will give Tax Breaks to Lenders in exchange for them setting a flat interest rate of about 2-3% for which they have to keep for a year. Any abuse or change will result in Federal Charges and auditing that company. This will be done on a year-to-year basis until the mortgage rate is down.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to expand the Mortgage Interest Deductions up to $1.5 Million Dollars.

6.) Veterans

  • I will file a bill to increase the budget for the VA.
  • Robert Wilkie has done an excellent job with maintaining the VA and I intend to carry that torch by implementing a bill to better serve the VA by allowing Congress to enforce VA care co-jointly with the VA Secretary. As I intend to serve on the Veteran's Affairs Committee I will implement rules that will be strictly adhered to, such as America's Veterans who need immediate surgery and check-ups will get 1st priority and the failure to follow these rules will result in sanctions, firing, etc. The VA Secretary will have to report to Congress the maintenance and care of Veterans and Congress will have an equal say in the caring of Veterans.
  • Veterans are special people. They are the reason nobody messes with America and the reason we are the strongest Country in the entire world. Therefore veterans deserve the utmost care.
  • 1.) I will file a bill to END HOMELESNESS FOR VETERANS. ALL Veterans will have housing. There is no reason when one serves his Country he should be left out on the streets. I don't doubt this will be costly so the best way to pay is to appropriate funds out of the EPA, IRS, Department of Education, etc. and to also give tax breaks to housing companies to build homes (not apartments) for Veterans and guarantees to live there.
  • 2.) I will file a bill to EXPAND THE GI BILL so that all veterans get FULL scholarships. There will be a deal with universities of all types to accommodate this requirement, probably through tax breaks.
  • 3.) I will file a bill that ALL veterans automatically get increased healthcare and surgeries WITHOUT co-pays. If VA care is not adequate then Veterans should be able to go to doctors of their choice, this also includes health insurance. Best way to pay for it is to give insurance companies a tax break in exchange for a guarantee of of giving Veterans the healthcare they deserve.
  • 4.) Veterans should also have job opportunities. There will be tax break incentives for companies that have a certain percentage of Veterans in their company. This will cause an incentive for companies to hire Veterans.

Sadly NONE OF MY RINO OPPONENTS support veterans as you can see on their websites. It is shocking that some of my opponents are even veterans yet do not intend to help veterans. Beware of these opponents because if they start talking about veterans, it will be because I exposed them. Luckily I took pictures of their websites before I launched mine.

7.) Border Security The Right Way

  • People forget that for every illegal alien that comes to America is one job less for an American Citizen.
  • 1.) I will file a TRADE WAR with Mexico on Day One. For every illegal alien that comes in Mexico will have to pay a VERY HIGH Tariff, Sanctions, etc. Remember Mexico allows all this to happen.
  • 2.) I will file a bill to have ICE and the other branches of the Federal Government invade Sanctuary Cities and start kicking out all the Illegal Aliens that live there - and to enforce MASS DEPORTATIONS of ILLEGAL Aliens. Crossing the border is already a felony - yet due to the negligence of the Biden Administration we will give illegal aliens one final chance to leave peacefully.
  • 3.) I will file a bill that ANY Illegal Alien that is convicted of a Felony SHALL BE PUT TO DEATH. There is NO WAY one is going to come into this Country to cause nonsense. Under current laws illegal aliens convicted of offenses in America have to be sent back to their Country. Coming here illegally is one thing, but coming here illegally to commit crimes is a whole other ball game. We NEED to start having a hardline approach or people will not take us seriously.
  • 4.) I will file a bill that allows state and local governments to sue the Federal Government for a certain amount of illegal aliens that flood those states/towns. When the Federal Government doesn’t do its job they will respond appropriately when sued in court.
  • 5.) I advocate for LETHAL FORCE against illegal aliens who try to cross the border. America is the greatest country in the world therefore, it should be the toughest country to gain citizenship : those who try to “sneak in” should be met with lethal force. If you try this in another country you’ll be shot dead. A country is defined by its borders : a country with no borders is no country at all. This will NOT apply to children or women.
  • 6.) I will file a Bill to give any funds needed to complete the Border Wall. I will be honest : this will get the most opposition. BEWARE OF THE CANDIDATES who say they can "fix" the Border Problem. 99.99% of the Border is handled by the EXECUTIVE Branch - Congress can only fund the issue. We all remember how Congress wouldn't give a dime to fund President Trump's Border Wall to the point where he had to declare a National Emergency to appropriate the funds out of the Military. We all know how H.R. 2 is being stalled in the Senate for the past 200 something days.

I will say this : its a Fight Worth Fighting For.

Sadly NONE of my opponents explain how they chose to fight border security, except for me. And if you hear my opponents start reciting the same things I'm saying then you know they STOLE it from me. IF my opponents had any sense on how to address border security they would have explained it on their websites instead of keeping people in the dark.

8.) The Proper Response to the Fentanyl Crisis

  • 1.) Here’s my solution. All opioid related offenses will become FEDERAL CASES.
  • 2.) Any Illegal Alien who brings drugs into the Country shall, if convicted, be put to DEATH.
  • 3.) Any American who is caught selling any opioid shall be sent to prison for 15 years. Trafficking is a separate matter with harsher penalties.
  • 4.) Any American caught selling any opioid to a minor (less than 16 years of age) SHALL be put to DEATH.
  • 5.) Any American found to have a substance-abuse problem and is caught with a personal amount (which shall be specified through congressional enactment) of any opioid-related drug will be referred to a Drug-Rehabilitation Program which will be active for 3 years. Drug testing will be MANDATORY 3 times a week. Those who fail a drug test get one “Grace Exception Chance” and one chance only then those who fail a Second time will get sent to prison for a discretionary time set by a judge.
  • This rehabilitation program will help those to get a job and maintain that job.

Sadly none of my opponents explain how they chose to fight the Opioid Crisis, except for me. And if you hear my opponents start reciting the same things I'm saying then you know they STOLE it from me. IF my opponents had any sense on how to address the Opioid Crisis they would have explained it on their websites instead of keeping people in the dark.

9.) Funding Our First Responders

  • 1.) When it comes to Firefighters I intend to serve on the Congressional Fire Services Caucus. On day one I intend to file a bill to provide more funding for the AFG, USFA and SAFER to an amount of 120 Million per year. I am aware the sunset provision ends in September of 2024 and that a Bill was introduced in the Senate and is being stalled in the House.
  • 2.) Our EMS also needs more money. Sadly there are hardly any provisions in state/local government that designate EMS as an essential service. This is when Congress should intervene. On day one I will file a bill to give federal funds to state/local governments that have EMS. I’ve seen what Congressman Andy Kim has done and I believe it should be between 35-45 million per year.
  • 3.) In regards to our police officers I intend to keep the funding at the same rate but on the contingency that all officers wear Body Cameras to which federal funds will be provided. Body Cams increase transparency and that breeds public confidence. The liberal media is too quick to demonize our officers and they make the case of where one “bad apple” makes departments across the nation look bad. Body Cams end up solving this opportunity for the media to demonize our officers. The goal is to have LESS CRIMES COMMITTED, thus, there also cannot be too much funds because we cannot have a repeat of the 1994 crime bill because more money leads to more arrests : and usually at unfairly discretionary methods - we cannot have a "police state"; after the body cams are initiated there will be a report of all arrests and the videos regarding those arrests, and after those are evaluated will Congress initiate more funds if needed.

10.) 2nd Amendment/Firearm Lawsuit

  • Democrats want to take away firearm rights because it makes them “feel safe.” As Benjamin Franklin said: “Those who give up essential liberties for temporary security deserve neither liberty nor security.”
  • 1.) The critical reason is that gun-control only takes away guns from law-abiding citizens. Most Democrats/RINOs will claim that they are “Pro-2nd Amendment” (like Wiley Nickel/Brad Knott) but will always say there has to be regulation. Anyone who believes there has to be some “regulation” of rights is NEVER “Pro” – they will always be ANTI. Making certain guns illegal doesn’t take them off the street – do y’all remember making drugs illegal??? Has that kept it off the streets???

Constitutional Carry is in Half the Country. And I intend to file a bill on the floor on Day 1 upon entering Congress.

  • 2.) I also intend to hardline the NC General Assembly into enacting Constitutional Carry. We have a SUPERMAJORITY in NC and I see no reason why the NC General Assembly shouldn't be enacting Constitutional Carry.
  • 3.) I intend to file a Firearm Lawsuit, ruling unconstitutional pistol permit requirements, pistol braces, etc. Congressmen/women get 1st Priority in lawsuits and if a Congressman/woman can't have a gun then no one can. The case will be resolved very fast.

The end result will be that every American can have a firearm and cannot be disenfranchised nor penalized. There will be a bill in place to come after the ruling of the Court[s] for those that abuse the right to have a firearm. At the end of the day people are going to have to come to grips and realize that you can’t curtail/diminish a Federal Constitutional Right but you can punish those who abuse the Right for wrongful purposes – remember : With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility and those who abuse this freedom will be punished severely.

  • 4.) The BIGGEST BENEFIT of this Firearm Lawsuit is that it will essentially “chokehold” Democrats in the senate and will force them to sign whatever bills the House of Representatives sends up.
  • Bills that would have been difficult will now be easy to sign into law because the Democrats will have no say so as they will be gunning for gun regulation. Bills Democrats will be forced to signed will be 1.) a BAN on men (transgender) playing in women’s sports 2.) A bill where men cannot use the women’s bathroom and any women can sue transgenders for violating their privacy – kind of like that Texas Heartbeat bill, etc.

11.) Prayers Are Coming Back To School

  • 1.) I intend to make North Carolina the Gold Standard for prayers in school and in order to show that this system works it must be tried out first on a State-level. I intend to work closely with Future Governor Mark Robinson, State Senate Majority Leader Paul Newton, State President Pro Tempore Phil Berger Sr., State Speaker of the House Tim Moore, and State House Majority Leader John Bell, and State House President Pro Tempore Sarah Stevens and future Attorney General Dan Bishop. The process is not “forcing” a prayer in reference to God but rather allowing the students to be with their conscience as a form of freedom of expression in pursuance of the 1st amendment – this would apply to those who do and do not believe in God or whatever the preference might be. Before class is to begin there would be a 1 minute silence, or however long the dictation need to be, after the Pledge of Allegiance and it would allow students to be with their conscience.
  • 2.) The process would go like : “In pursuance of the freedoms and liberty of this Great Country and Beautiful State this 1 minute silence is dedicated to the citizens to be with their beliefs….(silence for 1 minute) and we Thank You for being an amazing citizen in this Beautiful State of North Carolina.”
  • 3.) On a state-level this is very possible and can be done in a short amount of time. If there is anything I’d like to be remembered for it would be this. As I represent North Carolina on a Federal level, if we could bring prayers back to school on a state-level it would be a big achievement.
  • To do this on a Federal Level will be an extremely long process – like several years. I’m not gonna lie and be like we can get it done in a year or 2, because this will be extremely long and laborious due to legal hurdles. Therefore I will not put a bill on the Congress floor until there is a result on the state-level.

12.) Department of Education/School Choice

  • 1.) I will file a bill requiring all public schools to adopt uniforms.

When everyone is wearing uniforms there is far less cause for discrimination. When I was in school I saw countless of kids teased about their outfits. In essence, outfits are a major rung on the social ladder. Destroying that cuts out the basis for discrimination and makes students see people based on merit.

  • I do not doubt that there will be many challenges to this bill for 1st Amendment violations. This bill will have to be maneuvered carefully.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to cut down spending on the Department of Education. For the longest time dating back to 50 years ago, our children are getting stupider with more money going into the Education Department. America is on one of the lowest places on the education ladder, regarding world statistics. This NEEDS to change : we cannot be the greatest country in the world if kids can spell cat with a K.
  • 3.) I will also file a bill that allows for tax credits and tax deductions for children who go to Charter Schools.
  • 4.) In the wake of school shootings I will file a bill to have ARMED SECURITY GUARDS at all grade schools.

13.) Parental Bill of Rights

  • 1.) I will file a bill requiring any school that receives federal funds, to let parents know the specifics of the curriculum to be taught.
  • 2.) I will file a bill requiring any school that receives federal funds, to give parents access to see what is in the school library. Any book that is sexually explicit in nature will allow the school to be sued for damages.
  • 3.) I will file a bill requiring any school that receives federal funds, to allow parents to sue the school for any sexual indoctrination. Any sexual indoctrination will allow parents to sue for damages.
  • 4.) I will file a bill requiring any school that receives federal funds, to allow parents to not have their child immunized for any religious reasons.
  • 5.) I will file a bill requiring any school that receives federal funds, to obtain parental consent before addressing a child/student by specific pronouns.

14.) Men Will Stay Out of Women's Sports

  • There should really be no debate about this. We have Women’s sports for a reason. It is completely unfair to allow a man to play in a women’s sport.
  • A bill has already been filed in Congress by Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green to keep Men out of Women’s sports.
  • 1.) I intend to go a step further and allow women and parents to sue men who chose to play in women’s sports. This will be done by amending 42USC1983.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to keep men out of women’s bathrooms and the same vice-versa, and allow the people to sue individuals who do not go to the restroom according to the gender/sex on their birth certificate. To be fair any frivolous lawsuit or evidence to incorrectly identify the Defendant's gender will be met with sanctions and attorney fees.

15.) Mandatory Voter ID Laws on ALL States

  • 1.) I will file a bill requiring all states to have Voter ID. States that do not comply will face legal repercussions.
  • Voter ID brings confidence, integrity and legitimacy to elections.
  • You bring your Driver’s License with you every time you drive a car and having Voter ID is no different.

16.) Deregulation of Requirements to be an Accountant and Lawyer

  • 1.) I seek to file a bill to where you are not required to go to law school for “x” amount of years/credit hours and you can just take the bar exam, without law school. MANY people go to law school and fail the Bar Exam. If you pass the Bar Exam you can be a lawyer, thus, it defies common sense for one to go to a school for several years to take an exam – that only wastes time and money. This will foster competition and bring prices down for critical services.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to do the same for those who want to be an accountant. I must state unequivocally that this only pertains to the amount of credit hours needed.
  • Colleges will hate me and oppose me for this because this bill takes their business away. The stigma in America is that you go to college to get a “better life.” Under my bill anyone can skip wasting their years and money and go straight for the exam and, if they pass, lead the life they choose. The requirement of college shouldn’t be the “Gateway” for one to “do better” in life because that only breeds “elitism.”

17.) Abortion

  • Abortion is right where it belongs : back to the states.
  • 1.) I will file a bill that all states are required to perform abortions in the case of Rape, Incest, and to save a Mother’s life. I have carefully weighed the principles of Federalism and State Sovereignty and have painstakingly decided that some states are abusing their power to where Federal Intervention is necessary, and that Federal Law is the the Supreme Law of the Land.
  • A movie I recommend for people to see is The Cider House Rules and it explains in a nutshell what abortion should and shouldn’t be.
  • What should be noted is that abortion is generally not ok. What I mean is that abortions are and should be rare procedures in life : this exception should not be the rule. I understand circumstances happen but why is there the need to keep a child in the womb for x amount of time if you know you are gonna abort the child?
  • My major problem with Democrats is that they try their hardest to never say the word abortion and instead deceive the issue by calling it a “Women’s Right to Choose.” You will almost never hear a Democrat say the word Abortion and its for good reason : Democrats are aware abortion is not a thing to be proud of and, to normalize the procedure would sexualize minors.
  • 2.) I would follow what Texas would do and file a bill to allow people to sue those who get an abortion past a certain amount of acceptable time.

18.) Those Who Want To Opt Out of Social Security Should Be Able To

  • By all means keep the program but anybody who wants to opt out of Social Security should be able to.

It would help everybody out, especially in these times of inflation. The sad reality is that even for those depending on Social Security they still have to have other sources of income which means requiring to work, rely on family members, etc.

  • 1. On day one I will file a bill where any American Citizen can get all of their social security money back. Social Security ought to be a choice rather than a mandate. Citizens should have the option of whether they choose to engage in social security.
  • Social Security is a major problem which contributes to ruining fiscal policy in this Country by causing the deficit to go UP.
  • The reason its called “Social” Security is because it encompasses socialism principles.
  • Social Security is nothing more than a “spit-in-the-face” tactic by saying Americans are too stupid on how to manage their money thus the government will take it from you and give it back in increments when it feels you are responsible.
  • The major question about Social Security is that if you die before the age of 65 where does your money go? The answers will be alarming. When FDR implemented Social Security he knew the average American wouldn’t make it past 65 as FDR himself died at age 63. If you have a spouse or children the hurdles it takes to get that money is RIDICULOUS.
  • The major point is this : if Social Security is your money then how come it accounts for the majority of funds that our tax payer dollars go to?? What is this money being used for???? Every year Social Security accounts for a TRILLION dollars or more in the Congressional Budget – so why do we need to keep funding this if its YOUR money that is supposed to be “available?” This question will fluster/anger any Congressman/woman that you ask.
  • Social Security is designed to go Bankrupt in 2033-2037. The only way to fund it is to either cut the benefits or raise taxes. Social Security is a broken system that will implode.

19.) Farmers

  • North Carolina is arguably the finest state for agriculture.
  • However a Farm Bill only comes every 5 years and the current one expires at the end of 2023. By the time I come into Congress a new farm bill will have already been passed.
  • There are, more than likely, appropriations that can fund farmers throughout the years after the next farm bill gets passed in 2024.
  • 1.) IF POSSIBLE, I will file a bill to subsidize farmers for any crops lost. I will also file a bill to give farmers guaranteed loans to carry out farming expenditures. I will file a bill to appropriate money given to SNAP and to give it to farmers so there can be increased competition and thus : lower prices and better quality. Nearly 80% of all farm bills funding goes to SNAP and it would be better if that money went to farmers in the form of loans and subsidies and tax credits.

20.) Death Penalty for those Convicted of Rape

  • 1.) I will file a bill imposing the death penalty for anybody convicted of rape. This will be done by amending Title 18 of the USC.
  • 2.) If you are part of a religious organization such as a priest, cardinal, rabbi, member of any church organization, etc. and are found guilty of any sexual offense, no matter how minor, you shall be put to death. That case will automatically be federal and an appeal goes straight to the Supreme Court. This will be done by amending Title 18 of the USC.

21.) 2nd Chance Act

  • When one goes to prison for more than 2 years you lose more than just your liberty : you lose the ability to get a job and finance your life. That only increases the chance of recidivism. What is the point of rehabilitation when one faces so many years? The sad reality is that there is no “Rehabilitation” when one goes to prison : instead it damns one for the rest of one’s life.
  • 1.) For those who are not in prison for a life sentence or are in prison for a sexual crime I will file a bill where one can be drafted into the Military upon completion of half of one’s sentence and to serve in the military for the remainder of the sentence. Those in a State Penitentiary can file for a Writ of Habeas Corpus ad prosequendum (which will be incorporated into the bill) to be transferred to the federal system. Those in the state system will have to have no infractions in the past 5 years.

Those who have offended their Country should have the ability to serve their Country and the Military will get it done and with discipline.

  • 2.) On a separate note I will file a bill that upon release parolees can be contracted with a job. Companies who hire felons will receive tax breaks and incentives. Companies will have to keep a certain amount of felons/parolees on the books for a minimum of a year. If Companies keep the same quota after 2 years there will be bigger tax incentives. 3 years will be the most.

22.) Habeas Reform

  • Habeas Corpus has essentially been dismantled in this Country. The AEDPA Statutes have essentially cut off access to the Great Writ. See 28USC2253.
  • Habeas Corpus is the backbone of this Country, even incorporated before the bill of rights. There can be no doubt to its importance and is arguably the most important piece of the Constitution. From millennia Governments were known to falsely imprison people, or rather not meet up to the standards; It has even happened in this Country when individuals would try to challenge their detainment they would be punished harder or not even heard. See North Carolina v. Pearce, 395 U.S. 711 (1969).
  • Habeas Corpus was designed to make sure that one was not imprisoned in violation of the Constitution. Upon Joe Biden creating the “Crackdown On Crime” bill it discriminately targeted Americans of Black and Hispanic heritage. See [link]. A large majority of criminal cases also show that most Defendants are indigent and that helps not one bit. Quite a lot of individuals are technically innocent yet don’t have the resources or means to check the validity of their convictions. When Bill Clinton signed the AEDPA act into law, which Joe Biden sponsored, it dismantled Habeas Corpus in this Country.
  • The AEDPA (Anti-Terrorism Effective Death Penalty Act) is NOTORIOUS for actually stripping away Habeas Corpus provisions and did little to deter “Terrorism.” This was a terrible bill signed by former president Bill Clinton, and not surprisingly the original bill was introduced by Joe Biden. This bill has a ridiculous provision that those who do not file a habeas corpus within a year of a final judgment of a state court shall not be heard. AEDPA needs to go AWAY. There are many in prison who are unaware of federal rules and it is impossible to get an attorney to litigate a Habeas Case, as most are done pro se. At the time most people get the information they need, the statute of limitations has passed and courts cannot hear violations of the Constitution. See [link]. Not surprisingly Bill Clinton even said he didn’t want to sign the bill. See [link]
  • 1.) Upon entering Congress I will be filing a Bill to restore Habeas Corpus to its original State so that those convicted in violation of the Constitution will not have to suffer. 1.) Filing fees will be ABOLISHED as well as filing fees for appeals – the reason being is you don’t pay money to exercise a right guaranteed by the Constitution. 2.) AEDPA will be abolished. 3.) Certificate of Appealabilities (COA’s) under 28USC2253 will be ABOLISHED – appeals are AUTOMATIC and the failure of judges to explicitly address every single issue in the Final Opinion will result in sanctions and potential impeachment by Congress. 4.) All Habeas Corpuses will have to be resolved within 3-6 months and states are only allowed 1 extension. 5.) Judge Made Rules will be abolished by statute – throughout Habeas Corpus cases in this Country the statute has been pretty much the same, however Judges of the Federal Courts have made “Judge-Made Rules” to curtail Habeas Corpus; this has the effect of “Legislating from the Bench” – this will happen : no more. Habeas Corpus will go back to the principles of Fay v. Noia, 372 U.S. 391 (1963); Townsend v. Sain, 372 U.S. 293, 312 (1963).

23.) Federal Judges Deserve a Higher Salary As Well As the Entire Judiciary

  • Congress gets entangled into too many affairs that need not be solved by Congress. The Courts were/are the primary function to resolve disputes.
  • In simpler terms even if Congress makes a “law” - those matters of dispute, in regard of that law, always go to the Courts.
  • 1.) The Judiciary Branch has the final say on whether acts by the Legislative Branch or Executive Branch are unconstitutional – the Judiciary therefore declares the law of the land. Since Federal Judges do their duty to uphold the Constitution they should be paid the most. I will file a bill that District Judges getting 410,000 dollars a year; Circuit Judges 450,000 a year; Associate Justices 575,000 a year and the Chief Justice 600,000 a year.
  • The judiciary gets a measly 8.6 billion every year and that is no way acceptable to honor those who uphold the Constitution. See [link].
  • My Plan will be to raise their salary for a period of 4-5 years to see if judicial efficiency is increased. At most it will only cost a total of 2.5 billion and that is a very small sum compared to what Congress spends on other matters.
  • 2.) I will also file a bill to increase the budget of the judiciary by double. 8.6 multiplied by 2 equals 17.2. Then 17.2 plus 2.5 equals 19.7 billion. This entire plan will cost less than 20 billion and will restore the governments functions to what the Constitution mandates.
  • Also all Habeas Cases, 1st Amendment cases, Election cases, and civil rights cases get 1st priority.

24.) Massive Civil Rights Bill

  • 1.) Upon entering Congress I will file a Civil Rights Bill. This will be the only civil rights bill that actually provides relief. I’m not going to get into the details (because it such a simple idea, I don’t know why anybody has done it before) but it has to do with Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 U.S. 419 (1793) – as that case was correctly decided.
  • There will be provisions on maximum amounts the injured can get and special provisions if the injury sustained is so great.
  • The only thing I will say is : States and State Agencies better do their utmost to stop violating Federal Constitutional rights.

25.) Israel

  • 1.) Upon entering Congress I will file a bill to form a Military Treaty with Israel. No one would DARE to get into a problem with America as we would wipe out any country that stands in our way, literally.
  • The Might of the United States would deter any Country or Terrorist Organization to stop messing with Israel.
  • Just like how America got rid of ISIS we will get rid of HAMAS.

26.) Postal Workers Deserve a Higher Salary and USPS Deserves a Bigger Budget

  • People seem to take for granted that the Post Office is one of the greatest functions of government.

There is no finer method of communication. You really start to appreciate the Post Office and its employees and system when you are either in the Military overseas, a businessman out of state, an individual trying to send an item to a loved one/friend/family member, whether you are in prison, or in congress receiving mail from various individuals, an individual getting fan-mail, etc. – whatever the reason mail is the primary source of communication. Even back in the day when there were no telephones communication by letter was essential and is still essential today. It got work done, thoughts could be communicated, etc.

  • 1.) Therefore it is only fair that the postal system (USPS) and its employees get a pay raise for the important work they do. Article 1 Section 8 Clause 7 of the U.S. Constitution invented the Post Office and I see all the reason to give employees a pay raise. I advocate a 20% raise. This will only remain for a period of 5 years to see if efficiency is enabled.
  • 2.) The budget of the Post Office will also be increased for better efficiency.

27.) I Oppose Gay Acceptance

  • There is no such thing as “Gay Rights.” Nobody is required to accept by force against their will to recognize someone as gay, transgender, etc. Anybody who tells you is lying because gay people are allowed to vote, propose amendments to constitutions, etc. Democrats confuse civil rights with social acceptance. In the North Carolina State Constitution it specifically says that the only marriage that will be recognized is between man and woman. Many other states have this requirement. If this was a matter of Gays not being able to vote then there would be a problem : but that is not the case. Just because Gays “feel” like their needs are not being met doesn’t mean its for Congress’ job to invent a law to afford “Special Protections” because that would give Gays more rights than the average citizen.
  • There are already remedies in place if a state entity discriminates against you due to color, sex, origin, previous servitude, etc. and that is called a 42USC1983 lawsuit. Gays already have a recourse to redress grievances and even if a law was made to “protect” gays, any violation of this law would always go to Court – therefore this “Gay Rights” issue is purely fiction.
  • Down here in North Carolina people believe in God and many religions such as Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism all condemn homosexuality. Pride is the greatest sin and what do gay people always wave around : “Gay PRIDE” and “PRIDE Month.” Gay people cannot believe in God until they renounce their gayness. Don’t let anybody fool you that if one supports gay rights that one is being a “Good Human Being” they are lying and are only fulfilling their own self-interests because no one cares if you’re a good human or not. God hates gays and are you gonna argue with God??? I’m not taking any chances…. God breeds order and that always comes at being prejudiced/bias towards sin/evil – meaning that there cannot be too much love/acceptance because too much of something always becomes bad. Love and hate are 2 sides of the same coin and one who is of principle will always be biased to something that is the opposite : that is just natural law. You wouldn’t appreciate if I came to your home and tell you how to run your own house : you’d probably punch me in the face and tell me to get lost – the point I’m trying to get across is that people who are of principle will always be biased/prejudiced to the opposite of their principles. Those who are “all-accepting” also cause disorder and chaos because there are no rules in that perspective.
  • I intend to file a lawsuit overturning Obergefell v. Hodges, 576 U.S. 644 (2015). Because at the end of the day you do not need the Government’s “Stamp-of-Approval” (Marriage Certificate) to love your partner more. Anybody who believes you need to get married in court to love your lover more is a fool. For example: if I personally came up to a married couple ,whether gay or straight, and was like “I oppose your marriage” you’d probably tell me to go screw myself and wouldn’t think of the matter any further – therefore why do individuals who intend to marry, whether gay or straight, need the government’s or anybody’s approval to marry??? The obvious answer is: they don’t. The matter of gays being able to marry is a State Issue - If I was running for Congress in California I would support gays to marry on a state-level because its in the California State Constitution but that does not give me the right to impose those views upon another state or to apply the matter unilaterally across the entire nation.[3]
