Lorrie Sinclair Taylor is an officeholder of the Virginia 20th Judicial District. She assumed office on April 1, 2021. Her current term ends on March 31, 2026.

Sinclair Taylor served as a research assistant for the Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services Council under the supervision of Walter Felton. She also served as an assistant commonwealth's attorney in Virginia Beach, Virginia, under Robert Humphreys.[2]
