Jacqueline Boggs was recalled from her position as the clerk of Milton Township, Michigan, on August 3, 2010.

Recall vote

Voters recalled Boggs in the primary election on August 3, 2010. While 339 people voted in favor of the recall, 109 voted against.

Path to the ballot

On March 24, 2010, the Cass County Election Commission approved the clarity language to allow the gathering of signatures. A minimum of 260 valid signatures were required in order for the recall to be placed on the ballot.
