Vernelis Armstrong
Vernelis K. Armstrong was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She was appointed to this position in September of 1994.[1] Armstrong moved to recall status in 2010, and retired in March 2015.[2][3]
Education
Armstrong received her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1956. She earned her J.D. from Wayne State University's Law School in 1960.[1]
Career
Prior to her judicial appointment, Judge Armstrong worked for fifteen years as an assistant U.S. attorney in Toledo, Ohio.[1]
