Francis Joseph Wing
Francis Joseph Wing (1850-1918) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
He was nominated by President William McKinley on January 21, 1901. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 23, 1901, and received commission that same day. He resigned on February 1, 1905.[1] Wing was succeeded in this position by Robert Walker Tayler. Wing died on February 2nd, 1918.
