Biography
Osienski studied fire protection at Delaware Technical and Community College. Osienski is a business agent for Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 669. He was a fire sprinkler sales and service representative from 1992 to 2008 and a fire sprinkler fitter and foreman from 1977 to 1992.
