Judge made the following statement to Ballotpedia regarding his political philosophy:[1]

Dear Voters, My name is Andrew Judge and I am running for State Representative for Swanton and Sheldon District-4, because I have the passion, belief and urgency for finding practical solutions that will support our district and make a difference in the lives of my constituents. When I feel a cause is right and an idea has merit, no matter its source, I am very tenacious in moving it forward. I offer you that same dedication to the job as your state representative. In order for folks to be heard and supported, they need leadership in Montpelier, that isn’t tied up with special interests and cronyism. Someone who is willing to hear what you have to say. I will fight for policies that restore Vermont’s working and middle class interests by assisting in the development of a common sense economic plan, raising the minimum wage, building infrastructure, lowering taxes and free tuition at public colleges.

As you may know, I have also been actively involved in creating change in our community, as Founder of Seeds for Growth, a grass roots non-profit, with its mission to feed ourselves and our neighbors in need. I have created a number of innovative programs, like the “Great Pot Pie Project” through which to engage the larger community around awareness of food insecurity. My Graduate’s Degree in Producing, from The University of Southern California (USC), provided me the financial and managerial skillset for making a product, along with imagination and the ability to turn an idea into reality, putting together a creative and talented cast of volunteers and being responsible for all aspects of running a program. As citizens, we must be able to do more than survive financially; we must be allowed to prosper. There is so much hard work to be done for the development of our state. We must focus towards common goals. There is simply no room for egos in the State House. I am here to listen to you, work with you and be your voice in Montpelier. Please make that possible, by voting for me. [2]
