I am a lifelong conservative and native of Independence County. I am a practicing dentist in Batesville, Arkansas and live on our family farm just outside of Cave City, Arkansas. I have been active in municipal and public service for over 20 years. Im ready to put this experience to work for YOU!

I believe this can be the most dynamic economic area in the state. I want to be your Representative, I want to be your voice at the Capitol, and I want to be a part of the exciting things that are going to be happening in our part of the state. As a state and a nation, we face important issues that will affect or families, businesses, and our future. The state of Arkansas is on the verge of significant changes economically, educationally, and how government provides services to its citizens.

Some of these changes have been brought on by Covid-19 and others by major changes in technology. I want to be involved, represent you, and shape how these changes are made.

I have deep family roots in this district, and lots of friends and patients as well. I want to serve this entire district as I serve my family, my patients, and my God. I have a vested interest in making sure this district is represented fully and with a strong voice.

  • Small business is the cornerstone of our communities. Small business make up the biggest employers in the nation and therefore are the most important. I have, and will continue to fight for a decrease in regulation of our business owners. I believe that burdensome regulations stifle small business and prevent new businesses from being able to thrive and survive. People of district 28 don’t want government interfering in their ability to run their farms, cattle operations, or small businesses. It’s my goal to reduce these regulations and certainly not add to them. Small business and farm operations are the life blood of our district and I will do everything I can to protect them.
  • To me, the second amendment is the most important amendment. Our forefathers fought for independence and knew the importance of self preservation and self protection. Not only does the second amendment allow our ability to provide for our families as it has for generations, it provides us the ability to protect our families. Now, I’m not one to go grabbing up guns and creating a revolution, but our forefathers had just done that, and they saw the importance of having that right. The simple fact that we can, protects our other freedoms. I believe our second amendment freedoms are the only thing that protects us from having our other freedoms stripped from us. You don’t have to look too far, for example Canada. And further, Australia, t
  • I fully back the police. I was a full time paramedic for 8 years and I understand the roles our emergency workers provide. I think our cops should be outfitted with the best equipment and training available. We have to find ways to increase funding for our protection on the street and funding for our jails. I will always fully back our law enforcement agencies.
