David Sidiropolis was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 4 of the West Virginia House of Delegates.[1]

Biography

Sidiropolis earned his bachelor's degree in political science and Economic Philosophy from Wheeling Jesuit University. His professional experience includes working as a Lottery Special Investigator at The Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort & Wheeling Island Hotel, Racetrack and Casino.[2][3]

Elections for the West Virginia House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 13, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 25, 2014. District 4 is represented by two delegates. Incumbent Mike Ferro and Dave Hall defeated David Sidiropolis in the Democratic primary. Incumbent David A. Evans and Ron Morris were unopposed in the Republican primary. Ferro and Evans defeated Hall and Morris in the general election.[1][4]

Sidiropolis ran in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 4. Sidiropolis and incumbent Mike Ferro defeated Keith Hughes and Rj Smith in the May 8 primary election. He came in third behind incumbent Mike Ferro and David A. Evans in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6][7]
