Frank Anderson was a Democratic candidate for District 31 of the Indiana State Senate.

Anderson was selected to fill a candidate vacancy left by Lettie Oliver. Oliver, who was running for the District 31 State Senate seat, passed away in March 2010. According to Indiana law, Ms. Oliver's name could not be removed from the ballot. Therefore, the Democratic Party selected Anderson to fill the ballot slot for November 2.
