Campaign themes

  • Create Jobs

Excerpt: "Create a business-friendly environment to help expand existing businesses and attract new businesses to the area, strengthening our economy. We can do this by keeping taxes low, reducing government red tape and partnering with the business community to identify real solutions to business roadblocks."

  • Improve Transportation

Excerpt: "We need to have an “all of the above” solution that includes improving and expanding our roads, upgrading our metro and rail systems and providing efficient bus service. All projects need to be finished on time and on budget."

  • Government Accountability

Excerpt: "As a business leader, husband and father of three young children, I understand the value of stretching a dollar and will ensure that your taxes are spent wisely and efficiently. Right now we only receive 25 cents back of every tax dollar that is sent to Richmond for projects in Northern Virginia. That is unacceptable. I will work to bring your taxes home to fund projects critical to our community."
