James Richard Atchison was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 46 of the West Virginia House of Delegates.[1]

Atchison was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 46 of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He advanced past the Republican primary, but was defeated in the general election.[2]
