Joanne Romano
Joanne Romano was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 137 of the Connecticut House of Representatives.
Biography
Romano's professional experience includes developing the website, 'Help Protect our Kids,' as well as working as a client representative with Eveready Transportation Executive Care Service, customer service representative and dispatcher with Levco Technology, legal assistant with the Law Office of Attorney Alice McQuaid and as Justice of Peace for the State of Connecticut.[1]
Elections
2012
Romano ran in the 2012 election for Connecticut House of Representatives District 137. Romano ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14, 2012. She faced Chris Perone (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3] Romano was defeated in the general election.[4]
2010
Romano was uncontested in the August 10 primary. She was defeated by incumbent Democrat Chris Perone in the November 2 general election.[5][6]
