Nancy Blount (Arkansas)
Nancy Blount (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Arkansas House of Representatives to represent District 48. She lost in the Democratic primary on May 22, 2018.
Blount is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 52 from 2005 to 2011.
Biography
Blount's professional experience includes working as a foreign language teacher and coroner of Lee County. She is the president of the Arkansas Education Association Federal Credit Union and president of the Arkansas Staff Organization.[1][2]

Blount was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to the term limits of the Arkansas House of Representatives.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Blount won re-election to the 52nd District Seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives, running unopposed in the general election.[4]
Blount raised $9,600 for her campaign.[5]
