Orvin Foster was a Democratic candidate for District 22 of the Arkansas House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 18, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Foster defeated Krystal Thrailkill in the May 18 Democratic primary. He was then defeated by Nate Bell (R) in the November 2 general election.[2][3][4]
