Todd Carden
Todd Carden was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 35 of the West Virginia House of Delegates.
Carden's professional experience includes working as a utility analyst for the West Virginia Public Service Commission. He served as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Army from 1959-1966.
Carden earned his B.S. from West Virginia State University in 1959.

Carden ran in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 35. Carden, Ann Calvert, Elias Gregory, Matt Kelly, Micah Phelps, and Michael A. Young were defeated by Fred Joseph, John B. Mccuskey, Eric Nelson, and Suzette Raines in the May 8 primary election.[1][2]
