Sue Rieke Smith (Democratic Party) is a member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 26. She assumed office on June 9, 2025. Her current term ends on January 11, 2027.

Sue Rieke Smith earned a bachelor's degree from Pacific Lutheran University and a graduate degree from the University of Oregon. Her career experience includes working in education and nursing.[2]
