Charles E. "Blacke" Rountree was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 4 of the New Mexico State Senate.
Rountree is the owner of GrassRoots Rx, a producer of medical marijuana.

Rountree ran in the 2012 election for New Mexico State Senate District 4. He was defeated by incumbent George K. Munoz in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012. No Republicans filed for the district. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
