Campaign website

Acciard's campaign website stated the following:

Immigration

As an advocate for legal immigration, Julian believes a clear pathway must be streamlined and enforced to directly benefit the United States.

All immigration must go through designated points of entry. Current laws must be enforced, we must not aid in the process of obscuring our immigration laws or the relocation and disbursement of illegal aliens into our Granite State.

Businesses that hire illegal immigrants must face proper penalties.

Above all, immigration must take a back seat when our nation’s citizens are without work and the economy is in decline.

The principle of putting Americans first -- especially in their native country -- must remain the focal point of our politics. this applies to Granite Staters as well, I will focus on securing our great free state for future generations.

Economic Revitalization

Individuals, families, and communities thrive when their economies are intact.

Economic revitalization is required when certain communities struggle with basic living. Therefore, as an advocate of economic conservatism, Julian proposes the following solutions, which keep more income localized:

  • I will never sign away our economic advantage by purposing or supporting an income tax and I will always take a viable opportunity to lower the tax burden on citizens statewide
  • New job opportunities for citizens
  • Creating more businesses
  • Granting better access to business capital
  • Accessing better job training and educational resources
  • Advancing home ownership opportunities
  • I will work to help lower the tax burden on elderly homeowners on fixed incomes for who rising costs are closing in

Election Security

The 2020 Election highlighted a pressing issue within American politics: the need for election security.

As an advocate of voters’ rights and election integrity, Julian calls for Voter ID standards based on a system that can be distributed to every citizen, to include those convicted of nonviolent crimes who have paid their debt to society and reintegrated into society

Julian proposes a new, more secured approach, which includes:

  • An end to out of state college students voting in state while retaining their residency and domicile in another state
  • A Voter ID system that would track anyone attempting to vote multiple times or those using false identification
  • A voting system audit to be conducted each election year, every 3-6 months during that year, plus an audit days before Election Day
  • An immediate count of all absentee ballots submitted prior to Election Day
  • And all early votes to be verified using two copies of certifications

2nd amendment

As a member of the NRA and the USCCA, Julian believes “a well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

A free people should be an armed and disciplined people. Sufficient arms and ammunition is vital to maintain an independent status against those who attempt to harm or abuse American citizens. I will never advocate for the confiscation of guns, assist in the enforcement, or establish any new gun laws. New Hampshire is a constitutional carry state, and it WILL stay that way

Education

In the words of the late Malcolm X, “Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.”

As a strong advocate of school choice, Julian believes changing the methods of education is paramount to each student’s success. From homeschooling to charter schools to private schools, parents deserve the right to select the best educational option for their children. Julian as an advocate for the purity of classical education believes that if the children of our great nation are provided all the facts, that they will love this nation and defend Lady Liberty as he volunteered to do in the marines.

Climate Change

Building a greater America requires implementing new strategies to protect our environment.

As such, Julian believes in the natural gradual transition to renewable energy, and firmly advises that if this is a valid path forward, nuclear energy must be a part of the conservative conversation.

Solar and wind power are good supplemental energy providers, however logistically they cannot power the nation by itself and all options must be on the table to include Nuclear and Thorium reactors. Before investing into these pathways, the technology must be viable on its own without government subsidy or interference before it will ever be able to support us as a country.

As a nation, even after pulling out of the Paris Climate Accords(an unconstitutional treaty), we still hit our required markers while all other nations failed to do so.

With the right experts and gradual, public acceptance, citizens will be better suited to welcome these new changes. I will not force nor engage and assist in the forced transition to green energy.

Pro-Life

Let be completely clear that I am Pro-Life and given the reservations of many conservatives to actually vote or propose legislation on this issue, I am optimistic about the cultural impact the pro-life movement has had recently and I believe our best avenue to continue moving the ball forward is at the state level as many other states have done. Over the years we've been attacked for forcing the birth of babies but ignoring the situation after birth, and to this degree it is true, I believe we rectify this situation by fixing the foster care system, adoption system, and creating economic and educational opportunities so these young women can keep their children. By taking an "All Angles" approach to the issue, I believe we can give young ladies so many options for success with their child that abortion isn't even a thought.

i believe our state house to have been spectacular on this issue recently and they're energized for future steps in the right direction towards protecting life,[3]

I am a United States Marine Corps military policeman and OIF veteran running for the Republican nomination in the 2022 election. I graduated from Timberlane Regional High School in Plaistow, NH and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. After 4 years with my brothers in 1st Marine Division MP company I was medically retired in 2011. I have always studied politics, philosophy, law, economics, history and the like, and now after feeling the disdain for the absolutely dismal state of the current political discourse in the nation. I believe we are all airing our individual grievances with the state. The establishment, which is the most bipartisan entity in DC, has effectively convinced us to discount and ignore each other's grievances in order to escape unscathed by appropriate criticism. We deserve better representation in congress and citizen representatives without aims to pervert their position for personal gain or morally omnipotent desire to control the citizenry in their pursuit of happiness. I am a Solutionary as my slogan suggests, I care about solutions for my constituents over politics.
  • I believe in Solutions over Politics. My job is to provide solutions within the authority afforded by the constitution.
  • We need Principled Representation in DC, a government of the people, for the people, by the people. I aim to represent you, not lord over you.
  • Voters deserve representatives in DC that put Americans First, as a patriot and serviceman, I believe it's my duty to always put Americans First.
As an advocate for legal immigration, Julian believes a clear pathway must be streamlined and enforced to directly benefit the United States. All immigration must go through designated points of entry. Current laws must be enforced, however the process time must be shortened to allow optimal success. Businesses that hire illegal immigrants must face proper penalties. But the individuals providing the services -- granted they are not engaged in criminal activity -- should be granted legal residency and placed on that clear pathway notwithstanding a process of 5-7 years. Above all, immigration must take a back seat when our nation’s citizens are without work and the economy is in decline. The principle of putting Americans first -- especially in their native country -- must remain the focal point of our politics.

The 2020 Election highlighted a pressing issue within American politics: the need for election security.
As an advocate of voters’ rights and election integrity, Julian calls for Voter ID standards based on a system that can be distributed to every citizen, including those who served prison time and may have had their voting rights restored.

Julian proposes a new, more secured approach, which includes:
● A Voter ID system that would track anyone attempting to vote multiple times or those using false identification
● A voter verification process that would also be supported by fingerprinting

● A voting system audit to be conducted each election year, every 3-6 months
I look up to George Washington for his willingness to turn down an opportunity at near absolute power during the foundation of this great nation, to my recollection Marcus Aurelius who was killed attempting a similar endeavour. I also look up to Fredrick Douglass for his accomplishments, drive, candor, courage, intellectual consistency and activism. I look up to Booker T Washington for his pragmatism and positive effect on the early republican party and black community and likewise for Abraham Lincoln. The tenants of Cincinnatus and his description of a citizen legislator is what drives me to serve my time for this state and come home.

"Those who would give essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." - Benjamin Franklin
I believe in the concept of citizen legislators, our founders advocated for a government of the people, for the people, by the people. I actually carry the same skepticism of DC as most voters and my only desire is to accomplish the mission and come home, no different than a deployment. My unique ability is to lead from the front as I was trained to, and the ability to ignore the useless, petty political thuggery of the current political atmosphere.
The core responsibility of a representative is to prioritise his/her constituents, state, region and nation in that order within the limitations on authority over the citizenry as a representative as prescribed explicitly in the constitution. Principled Representation.
I would like to come home having left voters with an example of what in looks like to be represented by someone who doesn't want to be a politician and is a blue collar intellectual.
Atlas Shrugged is my favorite book because it's all to relevant.
Edard Stark from Game of Thrones and The Punisher
A freestyle by Nino Man on Sway in the Morning, What makes you country by Luke Bryan, Garden of Eden by John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band, Home Sweet Home by Motley Crue, This is A Man's World by James Brown and America by Ray Charles
Many of the racial issues currently being brought up have opened old wounds because all of this is needless and hurts us more than than it helps. the division needs to be healed and I believe that a Solutionary like myself can do it.
The greatest asset to the American people(when used properly) is our unique ability to directly address our House members in order to effect legislation and our districting allowing for a greater focus on individual localities. We are a union of states and furthermore states of small local regions with unique circumstances. This should allow us as representatives to better represent our constituents at a federal level by having a more intricate knowledge of their concerns.
Given the current state of politics and the lowest approval rating of congress I've ever seen, I do not believe experience in office is necessary. I believe a strong understanding of history, our Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the Federalist Papers brings the understanding of the role of government and of a principled representative in said government. By large majority the average voter is against career politicians and I see little value in electing an individual who has spent a career in politics preparing for "The Big Show".
The greatest issue in this country currently is not immigration, the economy nor "Big Tech", it is the divide between citizens which has been driven by the media for profit, personal motives and political ideology. Talking points being the language of pundits and politicians meant to "OWN" each other in two minute debate clips for likes, shares, retweets and ratings has degraded our ability to have rational discussions surrounding real world issues with major negative consequences. I personally believe that when we turn off the news and step outside our respective echo chambers on social media to engage in our communities on a daily basis that we are in reality not as divided as it would seem. For this reason I purposely avoid talking points as I have found them to be counterproductive to real conversations in which we can find real world solutions and avoid the toxicity. Being able to have a rational conversation precedes my ability to provide a new immigration system as lined out in my campaign website or a new economic revitalization plan and new voting security act for that matter. We cannot beat this push towards marxism( which the vast majority of citizens are against) without focusing on solving the root cause of the issues in this nation.
If elected I'd like to serve on the Veterans Affairs Committee as I am a veteran myself and the well being of my brothers and sisters in service of this country are of personal importance to me. Given the opportunity I'd like to serve on the House Judiciary Committee as its powers must be reigned in from the degradation that has occured over recent years of perversion in favor of making grandiose statements to bolster one's reelection.
Yes, it should not be extended nor decreased. Should voters appreciate my efforts to serve them with honor and integrity, they'll reelect me. Regardless, I refuse to spend no more than 12 years in congress no matter how that time is split between the House and Senate. My goal is to serve and return home to raise my family.
A few representatives I respect are Byron Donalds of Florida, I've met this man a few times now and know he is a good man whom to present is intellectually honest, effective, and extremely intelligent.
I am a firm believer that the current tax system is broken and constantly being weaponized and politicized by our politicians against each other to the detriment of the citizen. The tax code should be simple , fair and raise the minimal amount of revenue necessary to accomplish the responsibilities as lined out explicitly in the constitution. Congress spends too much and repeatedly passes bills that they have not read in full. I refuse to sign a bill I have not read and that is not available to the citizens for review if at all possible and I will continuously fight toward that goal. As a federal representative I cannot give you money, but I can fight for great market conditions for you to acquire money, fight to keep those dollars in your pocket and against their devaluation.
