Eduardo "Lalo" Villa Jr. was a candidate for District 4 of the Laredo City Council in Texas. He was defeated in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1]

As of his run for city council in 2016, Villa was an elementary school teacher. He also volunteered with U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign.[2]
